Hi, This is to notify that I have come across with one of the worst service from CARRIER company. I have opened my case on 29 Mar 2015 my customer id is 91227800, without resolving the case vendor has closed the ticket. Again I have raised a complain on 31 Mar 2015 still without resolving the case my ticket was closed. Again i have raised a complain on 7 Apr 2015 , I have been informed that my problem got solved but I am sorry to say still without resolving my issue how could you close the ticket . The same thing happened subsequently on 9 Apr 2015, 29 Apr 2015. On 29 Apr when I called your customer care they informed me that my case is solved and they have closed my ticket. Sir, please help me understand how could you close the ticket every time without verifying your consumer????? Now let’s come to another aspect of this case, the SERVICE CENTER…. From almost past ONE MONTH my AC is with your service center everytime I call them up and they give us fake commitment that I will get my AC in a day or tomorrow this incident happens quite a lot of time. Its quite a mental harassment because of your service center guy Mr. Naresh I went to my office late two to three times which affected my professional life hence again a kind of harassment for me to face from your Company. Today on 30 Apr 2015 , after creating so much of chaos I finally got my AC back but I am very sorry to say its still in the same condition as it was on 29 Marc 2015 (a month back). Can someone explain what is been done with my AC from past One Month at your service center?????? Sir, I would like to tell you that I stay in CHENNAI one of the hottest city of INDIA from past one month which is the peak season of summer I am living without my AC so can you explain me why have I spent so much money to CARRIER if I have to live in such uncomfortable situation which is giving a mental as well as physical harassment to me and my family???? After so much mental torture I don’t believe in the company service I would like you to replace my machine I am ready to pay the difference amount( if there is any) as per my invoice because if your service center guy can’t fix my problem from last one month how can I trust in that company that in future I will get proper service or my problem will get resolved completely. I am forced to write this mail to you because my patience is been tested from past one month but now I can’t take this harassment any more from CARRIER. Regards Safal Dubey 8015175xxx
