Dear sir, Myself Jignesh Prajapati joined Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company in 23/07/2015.at City Center Gwalior Branch as an advisor and my advisor code was 173819. When I met to Branch Manager Vivek Saxena he offered me for joined Bharti Axa Life as an advisor. Sir I am not even 10th passed I told him that I can not take agency because I am not even 10th class passed then he told me that He would be arrange all and give me agency I was agree because I also had to earn money. I did 8.50000/-Rs.of business by sold insurance policies for Bharti Axa Life Insurance within 9 months.Because Vivek Saxena told me that after doing 8.50000/-business I would be promoted for An Agency Manager.

Finally I was promoted for an Agency Manager on 07/11/2016 my employee code was 55437, but after 2 months he terminated me on 25/01/2017 by making some issues. That was a severe attack on my carrer and my future. I did believe on him and he cheated me. Kindly take a legal action on Branch Manager Vivek Saxena because not only with me but also there are so many advisers who are not even 10th class passed and have an agency, whose mark sheet made by Vivek Saxena by his hand. kindly take a legal action.and reply me as soon as possible.
