Amazon Payment Not Processed, Amount Deducted in Bank

Dear sir, I had ordered a product which costs 500 rupees from Amazon app. When I went to the payment page it declined the payments two times and at the third time payment was successful. After the payment when I checked my bank account balance I noticed that total 1500/- had been charged. I have lost extra 1000/- rupees due to the double payment. You are telling that the payment is declined but in my bank account it has already deducted…..Plz.. sir refund my extra 1000 rupees. The customer executive officers are telling that it would be refunded automatically but I didn’t get the balance yet… Order ID # 402-60103669-271568
