Sir , I have two Reliance Data Card post paid connections bearing nos 93645978XX & 93819624XX . The former number is in use for 8 yrs plus and the latter for almost 3 years . RCOM migrated to 4G and forced us to buy their WIPOD ( WiFi gadget ) last year in May 2016 and I bought 2 WiPod gadgets from their Salem office in May / June 2016 . Broad band services were completely disrupted and 3X services and the users were in a lurch . NO CONNECTIVITY IN PLACE BUT RENTALS WERE CHARGED . Subsequently 4 G started in Aug 2016 and that was very erratic . First connection worked after the gadget was reset by their franchise at Redhills.

Very difficult to get customer services on the line and if it happens , answer would be , the complaint would be resolved in 1 or 2 days . Nothing happens after that . Bills are generated even if this is not working . Bills reflect usage even if the gadget is not used at all . My daughter was in Blore to do her internship , data card bill reflects usage .. Clearly doctored usage and fake bills . I had called up many times to SURRENDER MY CONNECTIONS . This is not accepted stating you have pending . I can quote from my bills the no of calls made to reliance . When I visit their Salem franchise , Omalur High Road , they had put me to Ms Urvasi of Retention and Escalation Dept of Reliance at Chennai . She said the issue would be resolved . Nothing has happened . This issue is hanging for 3 months and bills are generated and sms reminders are flashed . These are UNLAWFUL PRACTICES OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS . There is no way out you could send a mail / registered letter . Only on phones and everytime different caller attends the call and responds that NO SUCH REQUEST EXISTS . NEED YOUR HELP TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE . THEY SHOULD STOP GENERATING BILLS AND TAKE THE FINAL SETTLEMENT WHICH IS NOT HAPPENING .. NO RESPONSE TO TWO EARLIER MAILS IN THIS REGARD .
