We purchased a gold necklace from bhima jewellers 2 years back 22 carot gold with a valid bills and they have us a jewellery box as usual to keep it inside box but recently I could see a part of gold has become black and when I visited the showroom they are telling this problem has come due to defective box.but when I crossed question them how can say because of box gold has got black dye don’t have answer and they are not ready to support me in this regards rather they told me told complaint and do what ever you wish to be which really a frustrating after paying thousands of rupees for gold jeweler and getting defective and it is one of good brand in market giving worst service. And i am not asking for change of full necklaces just i am asking for the exchange of a part which has gone black it is really a bad quality gold just are trying to fool around by saying defective box which is impossible .request you to please help me on this regards.
Not ready to provide the service really worst no support for me i am helpless after spending thousands of rupees for gold and now no one in showroom is ready to help.
