On 26th January 2015, I with my family members went for shopping to Big Bazaar store during Sale. The billed amount was Rs. 5206/- which I made the payment. Immediately after that I realized they have overcharged then billing personnel verified and when manually calculated the amount was Rs. 4429. Later they said two of the items are not eligible for discount. Then also the amount calculated was Rs. 4678/-. Their managers Mr. Vishal and Mr. Puneet came and started arguing at top of their voice and did not accept fault in billing.

They caused lot of wastage of time and energy and also argued at top of their voice with me and my wife for which I have to call police control room to save from any untoward behavior from their end. The overcharging was made because of system based billing through computer which has resulted over-billing to me and may have overcharged most of the customers during the Sale period.
