I have a credit card with HDFC, recently my minimum payment was Rs 13,000 but i made a payment of Rs 15,000, even after making the minimum payment the HDFC has blocked my salary account and also froze the balance of Rs 16,000 in it..they are saying that they are going to hold the my next months salary also for the full payment to be made. which is ridiculous, i am an independent woman who has rents and bills to pay and HDFC collections are trying to harass me financially.

My whole savings of Rs 16,000 is frozen by HDFC even though I have made the minimum payment they have requested as I have attached the screenshot of my online banking page which shows the payment marked in red circle, now I dont have a single penny for my expenses to pay my rent, my utility bills and my food expenses. also they are going to hold my next months salary.
