I came across what had already occurred with me at Big Bazaar multiple times wherein I was not offered the discount that was clearly displayed on the product. I had purchased few products from Sector 18, GIP Outlet vide invoice number 0049175 I purchased 2 Himalaya Anti Dandruff Shampoo 400 ML which clearly mentioned discount of Rs 25/- however to my utter surprise the discount was not given and I was billed for the whole amount. On checking the bill I raised my concern and I was directed to the customer service desk and the same story began again. Your executive went inside to check and came back that there is no discount. Finally I accompanied him and showed the exact place where the scheme was displayed and your people were blank again. On requesting to speak to the Store Manager I was communicated that he is in a meeting. It clearly points out that team are knowingly cheating/robbing the customers intentionally. Again this entire episode took almost 20 minutes without any place to sit and no water to drink. My Questions: – Is the time of other persons not valuable enough? – Basic amenities of water and sitting space has not been worked upon till date despite almost a year gone by wherein this issue was raised and your team has confirmed for resolution. – Is this being done mistakenly or intentionally? I doubt this seriously. This is being done again and again and you and your organisation is running a organised fraud duping hundreds of customers on regular basis – Is anyone at your end checking for the protection of Customer’s Interest? You all seem to be not checking the same for your vested interests and do not want to design a fool proof mechanism for the same as well.

Instead of reverting on the mail sent by me, has come back stating that as per the company policy no revert can be sent and it cannot be committed as well that these errors will not occur in future. Need acceptance of the fault at Big Bazaar‘s end.
