Due to maintenance/network extension work of mts data card services in that my region as verified by customer care,i couldn’t be able to use my mts plan(499 rs. plan.i could hardly use over 1 gb for 5 to 7 days uninterrupted & after that due to above interruption,i couldn’t be able to use my data plan properly.i communicated my inconvenience regarding this to mts customer care & he assured me that i will be compensated with validity extension having remaining data.complaint no.-JAN/7593,JAN/17428

validity extension for 30 days with remaining data left(around 4 gb)
