Sir, I have gionee m5 light phone, and my mobile no.is 9993435050 which is registered jio app . State m.p. ,city-dhar. My jio barcode is 55570487047. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim.
