My mother was deposited as two FD amounts of Rs. 25000/- each in S14 scheme of Sahara India Pariwar, Lucknow in October, 1999 through the agent Mr. Vijay Singh of vill- Karnaul, PO- Chandi, Charpokhari, Dist- Bhojpur, Bihar-802223 at Garhani branch of Sahara India Pariwar which would be 7 times after 14 years as per scheme. Unfortunately agents
was converted these amounts of values Rs. 77,510/- in Swarn & Rajat yojana under housing division on 14th October, 2003 for 10 years as per company norms. My mother, Piyar Pato Devi, permanently resided at vill – Karnaul, PO- Chandi, Charpokhari, Dist- Bhojpur, Bihar-802223. My father, Kashi Nath Singh, was the only nominee for these amounts.
My mother expired on 19th April, 2013 due to brain strock. My Father was claimed for maturity on these A/C on April- May, 2014. More than two years have been passed after applying for maturity, but my father did not get any amounts against these claims. Please help to get my refund money.
