Big TV – Signal lost Overcharging without giving Service

Big TV Smart Card No. 200599890010 : Logged a Registered a “complaint of Signal lost ” on 22nd Oct 14. – Engineer Called up and said that he is closing the call but he will visit tomorrow to fix the problem – Engineer Name was Srinivas (Mob. No. 7848955xxx) but he never turned up (now his no. is switched off) – Again registered the Complaint on 30th but no show despite a repeat call on 2nd Nov.14 – on 3 Nov 14, made another complaint (No.226453313) where I was told that backend Team has mentioned “Complaint only to be addressed once account is recharged wherein Service Charges of Rs. 175 has already been deducted from my account”

Services Interruption waiver starting 22nd OCT. Reversal of 175 to my account and harassment compensation as Authority deems fit.
