hi, I have purchased a new A.c from Ace technomark noida atta market. On installation day A.c was defective. Its display was not working. When i contact with Shopkeeper they told me that you have to call to customer care for filling a complaint regarding this. Its not our responsibility to fix this. I have called several times and after 1 month My a.c got repaired. but again with in 12 month its pcb got damaged . Again i have called and lodge a complaint regarding this. This is happening again and again. Again on 29th July 2014 (Complaint Number: 14072901987) I have filled the complaint regarding my A.c but it still not getting serviced. I have called daily 3-4 times to customer care and service center but no one is giving me the correct resolution for this. Its over 3 months and my A.c is not repaired or replaced. Now I need my A.c get replaced Because Its over 3 month and the defective A.c is not working.

I want a new A.c replaced with this defective one and my financial loss.
