I purchased the product “facewash” worth rs. 368.20 online from bigchemist.com on 27 June. I paid the amount through my debit card. They didn’t shipped my product, so nearly after 15 days I tried to contact on contact no provided on website, but every time I found this no either switched off or not responding. So I filed a complaint from their website. After few days reply came that due to non availability they cancelled the order. I asked for refund. They every time posted same reply,”Please provide us bank details and amount will be credited within 10 days” I submitted my bank account no, IFSC Code etc, but when I didn’t received amount I again filed a web base complaint. Few days they again gave me same reply as above and now since a month they are not giving any reply to my any query. I am helpless so I am writing to you.

Total economic loss of 368.20 rupees and lot of mental harassment and wasted lot of time.
