Tikona Not Terminating Broadband Connection

I Rishi Pal singh was using Tikona services since august 2015. This june i wish to terminate my services as i was moving from delhi to some other city. I requested tikona care to terminate my services as i do not want further billing but instead they gave false assurance and continued my connection. When ever i tried to call and explain my situation they tell some difficulties regarding it like you should call only from registered mobile number. Since my registered mobile number 9871558407 has been inactive for past 6 months so i requested them to change my registered number but they never respond . All time their answer is please wait for 72 hours or send once more request but they never give confirmation call for changing rmn. Due to this my connection is nor terminating and they kept billing for a service which i didnt used since 8th june 2016. After sometimes they start making threatning calls for filing case in court . I have gone through net and i found there are dozens of similar types of grievances against this company and harassment stories. So i am requesting you to please take this matter into concern and ask them to disconnect my connection without any delay. My connection id is 1114564734 I have attached all emails and their replies with this .

I just want a confirmation call from tikona that my connection has been terminated and no further billing is being done to me.
