Dear sir, I have ordered a Ray Ban Wayfarer Black Frame on APR 08, 2014. As per bigsop website it should be delivered in 4-5 days however I didn’t receive my stuff yet. I booked this order from jungle.com while ordering the pages turn to bigsop.com online shopping web page. and I purchased my stuff from there. I always ask them pls provide me complain number they are not providing so, I thought of consumer forum.

I need my genuine product or money back. Bigshop should cover my all expense and I want the compensation for my time too.. I am attaching the mail conversation in word formet. if you need those mail to be forwarded pls concerm the mail ID.
