dear sir/madam , i had given my smart phone to the micromax centre on 4 of april & the company is not giving proper response to me about the repair of my phone .. the are just neglecting me by saying that they would do it .. i think they had totally lost my cell phone please help me out of this
they are just neglecting me by saying that they havenot received the touch of the phone now its more than one month they had taken only 10 -15 days .. but its now more than a month please see the job sheet also
they should give me proper response about the repair of phone ,& repair it with in 24 hours
