Vodafone – not getting network no proper service

I am Vodafone subscriber in my area, I am not getting network from 23 March,2014,i have complained various time but no action taken (complain no 2450934722) now after 10 day, the problem still remains.

I am an Architect and do my business in the affected area, i also do trading in share market. because of no phone network, I am loosing in business heavily, i am loosing my clients,

First they should have had informed us about the problem, so that alternate arrangement could have been done. As a penalty they should provide services for next 3 months free of charge.
