Reliance Not give me Committed Plan. Reliance Offer me 399 combo plan (1200 Minutes Local/STD/Roaming, 600 sms Local/STD/Roaming, 500 MB 3G data local/roaming, after finished minutes call rates 20p/m local for all offnet, 30p/m STD for all onnet and offnet and same rates in roaming, all India roaming free out going and in coming, local R2R free).but my number was activated with only the Rs 399 Simple Plan. after complain Reliance not activate committed plan

I Want committed plan and compensation for mentally harassment.
