I wish to inform you that i am jitendra kumar netam i was taken an agency from Birla sun life on date 03/12/2011 and my licence no is 8945916 and licence expiry date is 02/12/2014 .I didn’t do any single business for Birla sun life insurance co on that time I have submitted the noc request letter to the company on 06/07/2016 but still didn’t get any inward receipt or noc from Birla sun life my pan no is AJVPN 6500C its reflected in IRDA portal now i want to work with LIC OF INDIA so kindly delete my licence,pan from birla sun life insurance co do the needful basis thanking you regards.
