I’m P.Arvind bought Lenovo P780 mobile on 28/7/14 from Reliance Digital, Vizag. In November im unable to hear the voice in head phones when I went to your servicing center in Vizag on 21/11/14 they informed me that they need to change the board but it will take 2 weeks. When today when I called them they are asking me to call the customer center number directly because Lenovo is not taking case seriously so even I need to call them to send the board. I called thrice I was on hold for 30 minutes but no response. Sent mail to midhcare@lenovo.com no response till date
