Birla Sun Life Insurance Policy Surrender Value Not Given – Part 2 IRDA

Dear Sir / Madam

Thanks for the feedback as I already given a second complaint application on 24th may 13 in dwarka branch as i was not able to access my mails due to some issue. Would like to request you to kindly look into the matter after just checking of that complaint letter. I already mentioned the issue in that as in when policy was taken by me i was in the baglore and couldnt go thorugh and apart from that the false information given to me by Ms Geeta Nakra,

False promised were made by her and ensured that i will get such amt if l surrender the policy after 05 years as mentioned in your policy document will get special surrender value regarding the same i spoken with the lady as she explained me, i already mentioned the same, Now how do a person know that the agent is lying or making the false,

Request you to kindly look into the matter again and see the things from my side all premiums paid on time without any fail, why a customer will make such complaint all the things already mentioned in 2nd application.

Request from my side to do speak to me as even you send the mail but nobody least bother to attend the customer. Value of premium 150000 is big amt for me tried to manage also but when came to knew the fraud or false things done by agent.

Thanks and appreciate if any one from BSLI person speak to me regarding the same will explian properly.
