Birla SunLife Documents Not Sent During Free Lookup Period

Birla Sun Life Insurance agent had misguide my wife by saying that kotak lfe insurance [Already had policy with them] and birla sun life is merging so you have to resubmit the document and he fraudly open the policy in December 2012. After that, Many times I call in Birla sunlife call center for this matter but no action is taken, then I filed complain for fraudly opening of policy and non issuance of policy KIT on 18th April 2013 in marine lines branch but no action has been taken, also I visited many times to malad branch,ghatkopar branch they are saying policy has been received by someone else on your behalf but to whom they deliver policy kit i don’t know.No doubt Birla sunlife has deliver the document but to whom that’s the main concern. For duplicate policy kit many times i visited to branch but no action is taken, then I had applied online for non receipt of insurance policy Kit which I got on 16th, August 2014.But on the above of the policy Kit there is letter attached stating that free look period is over, I am unable to understand why it has been written, as I got my policy kit on 16th,August 2104 and I can discontinue policy within 15 days. As policy has been fraudulently open I don’t know the policy details also no policy kit is available with me, I am unable to discontinue the policy but now after looking into policy details and availability of policy kit I don’t want to continue the policy.
