PUREIT MARVELLA – Worst Service

I had booked PUREIT MARVELLA RO SLIM by logging into online portal provided on pureit website on 04th Sept-2014 and I had preferred installation date as 05th Sept-14. On the said date I didn’t received any call regarding demo & installation of the said unit. So I had called to the customer care centre on 06th Sept-14 wherein it was confirmed to me that the same will be delivered to me on 07th Sept-14 and I’ll get order details shortly. On 07th Sept no one called neither any one turned up to my address for demo & delivery. Then again on 08th Sept-14 I had called on your call centre and had enquired why the same not yet delivered to me but my query was not answered and it was told to me that my complaint is lodged for further action and I’ll get a call within 2 hrs from some senior representative I waited for whole day but no one called neither I received any message regarding order number. In evening I have received one message from pureit which contains dealer address of Kalyan West area in spite of me repeatedly telling my complete address which is at Manpada Thane.

This is the most pathetic pre-sales experience I have seen during my entire life. I think you people at pureit are not interested in expanding your business. If this is what is the condition at pre-sales stage I fear how worst it can be in after sales services. I couldn’t gather on what basis you claim to have best service network?? ?

You should definitely first work on your pre-sales network….
