help me sir… .i had purchased a blackberry phone model z10 before 2 months. It is on service center for more than a month. Every time they are misleading me…every time i call,they extend the date.. I had also written to their official email bbcare…bt they are also not replying me positively… They are just giving me tentative dates.. Therefore , i have decided to register complain against the company and service provider… Plz help me sir. I am having the customer care receipt and email conversation with bbcare… Thank you
