t is not mke my trip. Prasanna and neeta bus were not mentioned in the list above. I had booked an online ticket of Neeta bus for September 30. Then on September 29 I received a message that the bus has been cancelled. Now they are not giving me the refund. They say that they have no detail of the ticket. I have the eticket in my email. but they are saying that the PNR is wrong. They had sent me that ticket and now denying.

It was not my fault that the bus was cancelled. It was the bus people’s problem. Why are they not giving my money back. I just want my refund.
