Blackberry – Many issuess unresolved

I am Writing this mail to bring the Redington and Blackberry‘s poor customer service and the Business ethics they use to operate in our country (India). I bought a blackberry Z10 on 18/01/2014. Its been 305 days since I bought the phone. Out of these the phone was with the service center for more than 60 days. Last time I handed over the phone on 19/11/2014 and I haven’t received my phone yet(16/12/2014)) . I had visited the service center for 7 times . And my last visit was on 5th December 2014 and they have still not looked into the issue. Its been various Problems I have faced during this 305 days. Whenever I register a complaint with the Redington, Nungambakkam, chennai, the resolution stays just for first 10 days after I collect From the service center. It’s been a very Poor service they Are Offering to the customer who has bought the phone for an hefty Price. Rather than several follow up with the Redington and the Blackberry who are ashamed to take the ownership Of their own Brand, we found that it is of no use communicating with them and we could not get a Proper solution. Hence i request TRAI to intervene in this customer issue. According to the Consumer Protection Act of 1986. Redington: Phone/Mobile044 – 30261xxx, 8807544xxx

I am entitled to get my phone replaced with a different model phone and compensation of 30000 Rs for the inconvenience caused in this 305 days by making me travel and wasting my time.
