We booked a trip with Makemytrip with our credit card and cancelled it on 21st November and as per policy we were to receive the refund within 10 days. We didn’t receive the money as a result we had to pay our first EMI on 10th December. We still didn’t receive the money because of which we would have to pay our next EMI. We want the refund back along with interest that we have been paying to the bank through EMI. We are so tired of following up with the MMT team that we would also want our Rs.20000 (That got deducted as non refundable) back as a relief for the efforts that we have put to follow up for almost a MONTH.
