I had submitted HTC Desire 816 – White Colour on 28th Dec 2014 at above mentioned HTC repair center as it had hardware issue(1st slot of sim not working)they told me that it will be done in 15 working days. After continuous follow up with there customer care still I have not received my handset. Till now I am using other handset for communication. Its highly disappointing that each time I call customer care they tell me that spare is not available. After I spoke to Mr.Vijay from HTC customer Care, he told me that it will delivered to you by 15th and still it is not done. I must have called HTC CUSTOMER CARE 20 times so far and still they behaved as if it not serious concern.

I claim for harassment and inconvenience caused due to same.
