There were some issues with the blackberry Z10 model (PRD46163-056)and handed over to the service center with Complaint No : 9337250896 on 30/6/14 but every time i visit the service center they say that the phone will be replaced and returned within 10 days but its 1 month and 20 days they are not either replacing it with a new handset nor repairing and returning it. The product is under warranty as it has been 2 months that it is bought.

I need a stern action on the service centre and want my phone to be replaced and handed over to me within 10 days.
