The order # 10030866 was placed and the eventually the product found to be incorrect. The refund is still due for Rs.387/-, from past 15days now. Every time I followup I am told that the refund will be processed in 24 to 48 hours. Everytime I end up in listening to the so-called script from customer care representatives. By now I have spent more than Rs. 120 on the calls to get to the customer care support. Please do the needful. Thanks in advance!

I will expect my own money, that was spent out for no reason, to be refunded back(Rs. 387 and Rs.120) as stated above.
