Dear Sir/ Madam Greetings!!! A parcel was booked on 26.07.2014 vide waybill number Z23443724. It was supposed to be delivered within 5-6 days but m/s DTDC sikar branch had received the parcel on dated 29.07.2014 and on 09.08.2014 (04:43 PM) the firm has dispatched the parcel for delivery. This parcel was having ‘Rakhees’ sent by my sister, and till date it has not been delivered. The Rakhee festival was on 10.08.2014 and unfortunately I haven’t received the parcel yet. DTDC has hurt my feelings and sentiments therefore I am going to file a court case in consumer forum. This for your information and necessary action. With regards,
