I am from Chennai, and i am facing problems with Vodafone service provider. They keep adding false download charges to my mobile bill although i have a unlimited internet plan. when i call them they say that you have downloaded chargable softwares and they give some lame excuses. If i have to buy some software then i will give my card details and buy it from my bank account. Why the hell Vodafone is paying any money for the shopping i am doing??? Its a total scam, they themselves are deducting money and making a fool out of customers. I asked them if i shop at flipkart will they pay for me??? then why the hell they are paying for these fake sites?? and i am very educated and know what to click and what not, and i am 100% sure that i didnt clicked any wrong link ever on my mobile and they are unnecessarily charging me 119 rps. And this is not the first time they are doing this to me, last time also they did the same thing. And i had to call then 50 times and waste my 3 hours to get my money back and again they did the same thing. I want to sue them in court, please help me with the procedure.

I want them to correct my bill and stop doing these kind of phishing activities. It wastes my time in calling and fighting with them every now and then.
