Blackberry services not activated even though balance has been deducted

Dear Sir,
I tried to activate blackberry services on my airtel prepaid number on Dec 22nd, 2011, for the Internet Services Weekly Plan (BB5). Although Rs 100 was deducted from my balance I am unable to get the service. It is not the first time this has happened, and when I call up their customer care number, they can offer me no solution and sometimes even hang up. Please help.
