1.my mother couriered me two jackets from mirzapur to bareilly but i received only one.they stole one somewhere in between and now they are saying that they cannot help.order booking no-290421107 2. I filed a complain with customer care (complain no-146100)but got no call or no feedback. instead the website now says that the issue has been resolved. 3. I had a word with nodal officer Mr. A K srivasta Srivastavava, but he talked very rudely and used offensive language. Now they are not taking my call. so, i want to complain about theft,fraud and misbehaviour. kindly help me
