Sir, I had applied for a post in Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL; sail.shine.com) dated 14-01-2014 vide registration No. 5011369576. During online exam fee payment of Rs. 515/- using Canara Bank debit card, the merchant was Firefly e-ventures Ltd. The amount was debited from my account (No. 0265101202632, Nagpur) vide Txn ID 401612081992 but transaction was not successful and so my form submission. There is still no sign of refund.

Sir it would be of great help if I could get refund of Rs. 515/- in my account; having googled “sail.shine payment failure” I came to know that I am not the only one suffering from this Payment Failure FRAUD.
