I had booked a consignment thru Blaze flash from Delhi to Ranchii on 10.02. 2014 vide consignment No. 110450418. However, even after 9 days it has not been delivered. On line tracking is also not working for this consignment. The local agent is also not able to track the same. My complaint to blazeflash thru e-mail has also not been acknowledged. Blazeflash seems to be totally unconcerned about problems being faced by its customers. They don’t deserve to remain in the business of customer harassment. Kindly help. This is the worst experience I have regarding courier services,
