Videocond2h – Bad customer care services

Customer ID 44631905. Our package was “south platinum HD”. Called 073558 73558 on 15.3.2014 to activate d2h cinema. Employee guided us wrongly to pay 50/- per month & Gemini/Sun/ Kairali HD will also be activated along with d2h cinema. They debited the amount from our balance of Rs.6122/- and changed the package to “New south platinum HD” and said that d2h cinema will be activated by 16.2.2014. As we could not view d2h cinema even till 17.2.2014, we kept on calling them on the same no. and each time we have been explaining the same story to who ever was lifting the phone (073558 73558). They either say someone has misguided us or simply hang up the phone saying we are about 200 employees, who knows who has contacted with you earlier. They say the call has gone to Hyderabad once and Bangalore once and every time we called it was just waste of time/money and lots of tension. We are really fed-up with the services of Videocon d2h. We now want to switch over to other services.
