i am from malda district of west bengal.but now i live in kolkata; sonarpur pin-700150. i have ordered epson black ink on 18/04/14.the seller shiped it on 19/04/14 by bluedart. Awb no is -69088185633.it was to be delivered before 25th april.on 26th april i called them.they told no landmark is present in address. but in sonarpur peerless prantik as mentioned on my delivery address is itself a landmark for the local people.but i gave them full details of address and future institute of engineering and management as landmark and they told they will deliver the item asap.but today 29 th april i again called them.they told that item is returned as they cannot find the location.but all couriers like dtdc fristflight speed post e-kart logistics etc deliver items from anywhere to this sane address within two or three days.i have enclosed a proof of it.why this happened? this is not the first time i an facing this trouble from bluedart.i had to collect my pendrive from their office which is around 10KMs from my address forthe same reason of invalid address.why this happened? i want answer..even bluedart had delivered a product on this sane address before.and last but not the least,the delivery boy in this area asks for money to deliver the product.

i want my compentation along with my ordered product i.e. a black ink bottle of epson l210.
