Hello Sir I Applied For BSNL New Connection For my home for internet purpose, i submit form in February Month and they give me line man no. 9426391xxx (Mukesh Bhai) once he attend my call then now he never attend my call, A few day may be 4-5 days ago when I call him at 6 – 7 p.m. then he attend my call now he again not attending my calls. I submitted my application in Vatva, Ahmedabad BSNL Offfice., 1st of all they said connection in my area is not possible , then i explain them that in my area many people have BSNL Connection, here also in my society there is also BSNL employee ,, and at his house also BSNL Landline Connection.. PLZ Help Me Here I tried last 4 month they give me only hope.. Office there’s Officer says ”2 din me aa jayega” lekin Abhi tak koi nai aya.., Today when I call Vatva office’s main person his Mobile No. 9427624xxx he said in my area there problem in cable so today there work is done and new line man come for new connection of yours. He said me this from last 3 months that in 2 day line man come for it, and when I ask him today for line man mobile no. then he said I’m now outside so he call me back and he not call me and when I call him his cellphone is switched off I also like to complain against him. And I also like to say that in my area near my village there is also BSNL office In Barejadi that office always close, I never found that office ever open. So I like to complain against line man, Vatva office main person I give you no. of him, and also our area’s Barejadi office’s men, I want to take legal action on them. Government provides facilities of internet services but because of this men this service not available for village. These men are lazy.
