AWB no – 50222298383 (dated 18/3/2014 from Indirapuram ,Ghaziabad to Ranchi). Charged 600 for insurance but didn’t provided any information or receipt for that . I have booked a shipment cost 34000 so BLueDart suggested for the insurance and I agreed . they charged 3400 including 600 for insurance but didn’t provided me any receipt . So My complain abour overcharging , not furnizing receipt even when it asked at the time of booking ,further when I followed up with them they are ingoning it . .

I need to know who is the insurance provider and what it the insuracne number for my shipment . and why there is no receipt provided . or if they overcharged at the name of insurance which BlueDart didn’t why they charged for it . I need my money back from them
