I sent a shipment on 12th February 2015 to ” Feerol 1st Floor Raghumani Complex, IMPHAL, Manipur-795001. The shipment way bill no is 14281356423. the shipment consisted of a t. shirt (real Madrid jersey) But even after one week when it didn’t get delivered i contacted bluedart. Initially they just put delay information on the tracking site but later the started to investigate what was in the packet while keeping me in dark about the loss of the shipment. i kept calling her but she didn’t solved the problem.

it resulted not just in loss of money and the product but also it gave lots of mental stress. their behavior was very bad. for the last two weeks bluedart is harassing me.the y made me felt like i have done something illegal. i want them to apologize and return the shipment or refund me at least rs.10000
