Sir, I ordered an item with Shoppersstop on 8th February 2015(Order no:6723464, amount: Rs.377/- )through net banking. On 11th February 2015, I got a mail from Shoppers stop that the order has been cancelled due to product out of stock. And they promised me refund will be done within 2-3 working days. I waited, but they did not refunded. I called them after and mailed them regarding this. Again they mailed that refund will be done immediately. But no refund done. Then they told 7-8 working days when I called them. Again I wait. No refund!!!Third time I called them and they told 15 days. But I did not get the refund. Now it is 18 days over. Still they are saying lame excuses. Sir, Please make a note of it and do the necessary steps to get my amount refunded.

I want my amount refunded immediately with some penalty amount as they have broken their promises and irrespective of my many calls and mails, I did not get the amount and they were just postponing the time.
