I had ordered tires from www.tyreonwheels.com on 14th September 2014 with order number TOW6435Sep300360 amounting to rupees 5296/-.the website had dispatched my parcel via Bluedart express on 17th September 2014 bearing waybill no. 50295874381 and as per Bluedart’s tracking it was to be delivered to me by 19th September 2014 but it stayed undelivered till 20th September 2014.When I called their customer service around 6pm on 20/9/2014 they told me my parcel will be delivered by 7:30pm.but when it was still undelivered I called their customer service and they told me that my premises were closed around 6pm which was not so. I still haven’t received my shipment and their customer service is unresponsive to both my calls and emails. I kindly request you to look in the matter at the earliest.

I want my shipment to be delivered immediately.
