My IFB Customer Id is 10231527 My Complaint reference No. is 13778538 Complaint Date is 12th September 2014 Complaint time 1745 Hours The external IFB MCB(Multi Circuit Breaker) device connected to my IFB washing machine is not working due to which i am unable to use my Elite SX 7Kg 1200 RPM Washing machine for past 10 days. I have been calling IFB Customer care of 040-39004321 , Everytime Customer Care team assure me of quick service , But since past ten days no technician from IFB service center visited my premise.

Every time IFB Customer care team assure me of quick service , I want quick service from IFB. I have logged the greviance on 12th Sep 2014 No Action till past 10 days.
