i have booked my visa documents thru Bluedart courier on 14th may 2014 at 3 pm and i have asked for best service , as i have to submit my visa papers on 15th may 2014 in the morning or before noon. as per the claim they assured quick delivery but in spite of my regular follow-ups with customer care and other courier guys , my documents was not delivered. courier detail as follows: docket no: 14197109894

didnt get my visa on time , i have to cancel my air tickets and hotel booking, and mentally stressed and disturbed.
