I have purchased one micromax canvas 2 plus mobile handset (IMEI 1-911314101558560 & IMEI 2-91131410864562) from www.themobilestore.in. From the beginning it has detected with poor network issues like call dropping, lowered speed on browsing etc. I have checked with a different phone with the same service and place, it resulted no error. It has recently met with a battery issue. The battery got damaged and I took it in their service center. They said as they give a six month warranty on battery and charger its not their responsibility even it has just passed one month over the period. I showed them the battery was so badly puffed like it has been used for years.

I want a replacement of the battery and the whole mobile phone as the phone is still in manufacturer’s warranty. They should make the service more conveyable to their customers.
