I had placed an order on 22nd may for nexus 5 on Flipkart.Com. At that time the price was 11325 rs. I booked it at 11325. My order was placed . I talked to the customer care executive they said that the product will be delivered on or before 28 may. But on 24th of may they cancelled my order by giving a false reason that I have cancelled the order .I have all the screen shots and mail . I would like to take legal action against Flipkart.

I sold my phone immediately on a lower price to get the money for the nexus 5.But now they are not giving the phone, I am the one person who is nowhere.

I want to get the phone that I have ordered in the same price as it was mentioned at the time of booking.
