Blue dart had taken my important documents on 29 th sept 2014 and said that they would delivery them within 3 days and today after I followed up with them on 8 th Oct , they say they don’t have service in Darbhanga,Bihar, where my courier was supposed to go.

The documents were extremely important and now because of a delay over 10 days, my family will have to bear a loss of 1 lakh.

I want Blue dart to reimburse at least 50% of the amount which we lost.
