I had purchased 01 ( One ) No. SONY Make Mobile phone from the above dealer on 12.02.2014 vide bill No. 8851 / Book No. 178 costing Rs. 35500. ( Rupees Thirty Five Thousand & Five Hundred Only ) . After 2 months the set started giving the following problems :- 1. Improper functioning of key pad.2. Hanging of camera. 3. Hanging of Phone . 4. Blue tootgh not working. 5. Music function not working properly. For this I represented the set to the service center , M/S AMBE ELECTRONICS , NOIDA and repressed the case to sony customer care also through mail . The service center people couldn’t rectify the faults but they said in case they repair the set , then WATER & DUST PROOFING FEAUTRE OF THE SET WILL BE LOST . Then I asked them replace my set as it is still in gurantee period for which they are saying that they can’t provide a new set but instead can set another refurbished set which is 100 % cheating , for which I did not agree and thought it proper to take the matter to consumer forum.

As on date , I am without using this set as the service center people ( reprenting SONY ) are neither in a postion to repair the set nor they are replacing the set .
